Turnkey Residential Structure Demolition in Brevard County, FL
From a tired structure to a clean, graded pad, with the utility letters and permit handled. We handle the Brevard County side, from Melbourne to Rockledge, with the Brevard County Building Code division and the city offices where the parcel sits inside city limits.
A cleared, rough-graded lot with a finaled demolition permit.

Why people call us for residential demolition in Brevard County
You just need the house demolished. That's the whole job.
No new house required. We pull the demolition permit, demolish the house, haul it off and grade the lot.
A code violation, an unsafe notice or a condemned house
If the city or county has ordered the structure removed, there is a deadline. When owners don't act, many local governments can demolish it themselves and charge the cost to the property, often as a lien. Hiring a licensed contractor first keeps you in control of the price and the schedule. Bring us the notice and we'll work to its deadline.
Fire or storm damage
What's left after a fire or a storm, made safe, permitted and cleared.
You're selling the land, not the house
Some buyers want a clean lot, not a teardown. We clear it so they see the land.
What matters for this in Brevard County
Brevard demolitions on septic lots include tank abandonment, and coastal sites may need erosion control beyond a standard silt fence.
Most of Brevard drains to the Indian River Lagoon. Under the Save Our Indian River Lagoon program and current state law, a new home in the lagoon basin generally has to connect to sewer where it is available, or use an enhanced nutrient-reducing septic system where it is not. That one fact can move a lot's budget by thousands.

Inside a city? Each one runs its own permit.
If the house is inside city limits, the city building department issues the demolition permit, not Brevard County. Pick the city for its steps, documents and historic rules, verified 2026-10-12 from official sources.

Pre-construction fees are credited in full against the construction contract price at signing.
- Applies to full-cycle building agreements (a home on your lot or custom home, a turnkey ADU, or a custom detached multi-car garage or workshop) with a contract value of $100,000 or more.
- Fees are earned as each filing, audit or field visit is completed and are not refundable. The credit is applied against the final construction draw or the pre-construction contract balance, never paid out in cash.
- Credits stay valid for 12 months from delivery of the completed work or permit closeout.
The credit covers Brightview's fees. Surveyor, engineer, attorney and government fees are paid directly to those providers and are not part of the credit.
