Five stops. Get on at the one you need and get off when your job is done. Every stop is a finished job on its own, and you only pay for the stops you use.

Stop 1 · Know your land
Find out what the land allows
Bought it, inherited it or about to buy it. We read the zoning, flood maps, wetlands and utility records for your exact parcel and confirm the parts that matter with the county.
A lot split, a rezoning, an annexation, a plat or a variance. We prepare the application, work with staff and present at the hearing, including requests that were turned down before.
A teardown before a new build, a house damaged by fire or storm, or a house the city has ordered demolished. We pull the demolition permit, demolish it, haul it off and grade the lot.
Working drawings, Florida-stamped engineering and energy calcs, priced by the builder who would build it. Or bring your own plans and we run the permit to issuance.
Send the address or parcel ID. A real person replies within one business day with a written proposal. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Prefer Spanish? Our team works with you in English or Spanish, from the county board to the permit counter.
