Brevard County specifics

What matters for this in Brevard County

Variances in unincorporated Brevard are heard by the Board of Adjustment.

Most of Brevard drains to the Indian River Lagoon. Under the Save Our Indian River Lagoon program and current state law, a new home in the lagoon basin generally has to connect to sewer where it is available, or use an enhanced nutrient-reducing septic system where it is not. That one fact can move a lot's budget by thousands.
