Turnkey Residential Structure Demolition in Seminole County, FL
From a tired structure to a clean, graded pad, with the utility letters and permit handled. We handle the Seminole County side, from Sanford to Casselberry, with the Seminole County Building Division and the city offices where the parcel sits inside city limits.
A cleared, rough-graded lot with a finaled demolition permit.

Why people call us for residential demolition in Seminole County
You just need the house demolished. That's the whole job.
No new house required. We pull the demolition permit, demolish the house, haul it off and grade the lot.
A code violation, an unsafe notice or a condemned house
If the city or county has ordered the structure removed, there is a deadline. When owners don't act, many local governments can demolish it themselves and charge the cost to the property, often as a lien. Hiring a licensed contractor first keeps you in control of the price and the schedule. Bring us the notice and we'll work to its deadline.
Fire or storm damage
What's left after a fire or a storm, made safe, permitted and cleared.
You're selling the land, not the house
Some buyers want a clean lot, not a teardown. We clear it so they see the land.
What matters for this in Seminole County
Seminole demolition permits require the utility disconnects and asbestos notice, and wooded lots need the tree rules checked before clearing.
East of the Econlockhatchee River, Seminole's voter-approved Rural Boundary keeps land in Rural-3, Rural-5 and Rural-10 future land use: one home per 3, 5 or 10 acres no matter how the zoning reads. The Wekiva River Protection Area adds its own limits on the west side.

Inside a city? Each one runs its own permit.
If the house is inside city limits, the city building department issues the demolition permit, not Seminole County. Pick the city for its steps, documents and historic rules, verified 2026-10-12 from official sources.
