House demolition in progress on a Central Florida lot

Residential demolition

We hand back a lot,
not a hole.

Most demolition contractors finish when the structure is down and the dumpster is gone. We are the builder who has to pour on that lot afterwards, so we finish at final grade.

What comes down

Teardowns on infill lots where the neighbor is ten feet away and the access is one driveway wide. That constraint is most of the job, and it is the part a bid from somebody who never walked the site gets wrong.

  • Full single-family teardown
  • Garages, sheds and outbuildings
  • Mobile and manufactured homes
  • Pools, demo or engineered fill
  • Fire and storm-damaged structures
  • Interior strip-out for remodels

Most of the cost is hauling

We count loads by stream: clean concrete and block, mixed construction debris, metal and appliances, vegetation. Container counts run off whichever is greater, the volume or the legal weight limit. Square footage is only a check against the total.

  • Separated concrete and block pulls
  • Mixed construction and demolition debris
  • Metal and appliance recovery
  • Ticketed disposal
  • Backfill, compaction and final grade
  • Erosion control left in place

Get a bid

Send the address and a few photos and you will get a written scope back with the price and the exclusions on it. If the date is the problem, say so up front. That is usually the part we can fix.
