Volusia County specifics

What matters for this in Volusia County

In unincorporated Volusia, variances are heard by the Planning and Land Development Regulation Commission after neighbor notice.

Volusia's Natural Resource Management Area overlay and the springs rules around Volusia Blue Spring can change what a west-side lot can hold. Lots on unpaved or privately maintained roads draw extra review on access and road maintenance before a permit will issue.
