Osceola County specifics

What matters for this in Osceola County

Variances in unincorporated Osceola are heard by the county's appointed hearing body after neighbor notice.

Osceola's water and sewer mostly come from Toho Water Authority, and whether Toho can serve a lot (and what it charges to connect) is one of the first answers we get in writing. Osceola also carries some of the highest impact fees in our eight counties, which belongs in the budget before you buy.
